This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and guidelines under which our IT services or software products may be refunded. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Refunds are eligible under the following conditions: (a) Failure to deliver promised services as agreed upon in the service agreement; (b) Technical issues that we cannot resolve; (c) Duplicate charges for the same service or product.
The following services are non-refundable: (a) Completed services and milestones that have been approved by the client; (b) Custom development services once work has commenced; (c) Third-party products or services procured on behalf of the client.
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of the issue. Include your name, service details, and reason for requesting the refund. We aim to process requests within 14 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
